"We are very happy with the work and dedication that John Yerou and his team at Mortgage Quest Ltd. gave to us when we were looking for a life insurance policy.
My husband and I were looking to take out our first such life insurance policy and not only did John and his team help us navigate through the myriad of information available on today's market but they also made the often long and arduous task of identifying just the right policy a breeze! John and his team took on the complete task from conducting the market research to identifying several appropriate products and taking the necessary time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of each of those products, listening to our long list of questions and concerns at each stage. They took us all the way through to identifying the right product for us, meeting our requirements on a variety of levels! We were very pleased with the whole process as it took the burden off of us in trying to "re-invent" the wheel by first educating ourselves then trying to do everything on our own! What we were most impressed with however is when John and his team went the "extra mile" for us once this life insurance policy was in place and we experienced a hiccup. The insurance industry being the bureaucracy that it is stopped at nothing to try to cancel our policy and thus force us to reapply for the fantastic rate which John and his team had managed to obtain for us. This had John's team all helping us out, following-up with us everyday to make sure we submitted all of the necessary information and on time in order to win this favourable policy and rate back. In the end, they saved us! We were able to get back both our same policy and the same favourable rate!
